[EO] Light Guided Missle Cruiser 1.1

More of a mobile missles silo than a direct combat ship, the light guided missle cruiser is desined to fire tens of volleys of missles at enemy ships, to overwhelm them by sheer number. The cruisers 8KMS of deltaV is more than enough to get the missles wherever they need to go. The cruiser only mounts a defensive direct fire armament of 5 CIWS coilguns, designed to be usedd alongside the medium nuke interceptor missles. This ship is also equiped with patented nuclear flares to serve this roll in direct combat. This ship will add a little punch to any fleet, or can function on its own in small fleets shooting then scooting back out of the enemy fleets deltaV envelope.
