Description
mission concept:
Player selects a faction
Player selects enemy faction
Player selects Base_A or Base_B
Mission Starts

10 flag are placed on the map and enemy begin to spawn in and populate the map.
All flags belong to the enemy at start.
Players objective is to capture all 10 flags.
All vehicles are spawned using spawn command, no pre placed vehicles.

Enemy AI unit movement is controlled by a series of logic triggers and commands. They will attack or defend flag capture points based on a series of conditions.

As the player captures more flags, both player and enemy aquire addition units. This progresses the battle and sees it evolve from primarily an infantry battle to a combined force (infantry and vehicles) battle.

Flag ownership effects spawn locations. Enemies will spawn and enter the map at locations controlled by nearby flags. Capturing flags will allow the player to call in reinforcement from these locations.


Map:
The current map is a test map which was designed to test the robustness of my vehicle logic commands and the AI pathfinding abilities.

Mod Objective:
To create a dynamic battle mission file with minimal relience on waypoints (less than 6 are used) and other pre placed elements. And to create a file that can quickly and easily be repurposed to any suitable map.

This is a work in progress. Current state is a proof of concept.

So is there a custom flag pole i can use on this?

Love the idea. If this works out as intended, then anyone could easily make a custom skirmish map.

Hi duncscot1965,
I guess there will be elements of this that feel similar to the Terminator mod. But it has no association at all with that mod. Nor does it do anything the same.

This is more of an evelotion of my "The War Machine" mod from AS2. Which funnily enough, was always compared to the "Terminator" mod.
