Description
This is the main gun of the suprisingly popular medium scorpion. It is designed for one thing MAXIMUM RANGE (copyright). At over 100M long this gun can accelerate a 1g projectile to 150 kms, 0.05% percent of the speed of light. Against large ships, I have seen ranges over 10 MM exeeding the laser damage range, I quess Qswitched never thought we would go out that far. It also fires a round every 50ms so there is no waiting for a dumb recharge time.

u need to fire a custom round about 220km/s. possible with a 24meter barrel with a 240 mw supply.

Well it is still only a 1 gram round. Angled armor can still stop that.

It seems to just bounce off of heavier armor
