Adds a "Friendly Fire" category to the scoreboard.

Friendly Fire and Damage Taken now award circles to the lowest score.

MAKE SURE THE MOD LOAD ORDER IS CORRECT: in the launcher, put the dependency mods you see on the right above this mod.
