Weather Master

Description
Books of spells which allow you to change weather. You can find the book in Winterhold arcanaeum (library), on the table. Currently available for six major types of weather: Rain, Clear, Snow, Sovngarde, Fog, Cloudy.

Of all the places that you could have kept the spell in, you chose the college that is very difficult to access. I'm not a mage character but just wanted to fiddle with the weather a little bit. Horrible location!

Have you considered adding this to Skyrim SE? All you have to do is upload it through bethesda.net apparently. Rumor is that most the old mods will still work with SE, so it should be easy.
