Description
Masahiro Chono is a former IWGP Heavyweight Champion who had success in the US as part of the NWA and WCW.

Chono began his career in the mid-80's in Japan, and his star grew towards the end of the decade. By the mid 90's, Chono was a huge star in Japan. Chono even joined the nWo in 1996 and go on to lead nWo Japan.

After leaving NJPW, Chono has worked as a freelancer off and on for the past decade.
