Jeneric Center by Jerenable

This is a pretty jeneric (hAhAA get it) pretty tall building, At 453m (thats about 25000ft :3) it will tower over most cities. This building is fully my own design and doesnt excist in real life. The other 2 tall buildins in the screenshots are: Golding finance 117 and Sino steel (building that is patreon only)

This building is Plopable RICO enabled and IS a mixed use building. When then mod is enabled it has 300 homes and 200 office spaces within its premises.

Cause CS do that sometimes, you can fix it by dragging a road into the building
