Basically, a climate controlled warp-capable CV with a Garden Plot floor and a single door.

Differences: my build uses no old "legacy" hull blocks (multitool gives you SV/HV blocks. Using those blocks does not guarantee airtight structures or hitpoints you want more of. Added garden. Warpable. Less thrusters (truss blocks below warp and empty space in four "feet' allow adding more if wanted. My build also changes pilot and ship orientation so it can land and not just flip over and become impossible to enter on power-down.
