This doesn't fully sink because Trailmakers doesn't have the right mechanism in place yet. However, it does go a good portion down into the water. To control water level you use Q and E. There are downward and upward facing impellers thery are mostly placed in for ballast purposes but they can be used for a little bit of assit in leveling the submarine. However, I wouldn't use them to sink. It just drags it to deep. However, if they ever place the right mechanism in they will be used to sink and float the vehicle.
