Play as Carth

Description
Play as Carth.

This is a mod that replaces one of the male heads, this one[imgur.com], and portraits with Carth's for every class. Please note that it does not have dark side transitions and it does not use the original portrait.

This mod uses appearance.2da for added compatibility with my previous "Play as Bastila" mod and with the restoration mod, but it's not really required.

Now you can use Carth's original jacket from Kotor 1! Simply write this command on the console "giveitem a_light_140" without quotes. This item has 2 points of defense.

Console hotkey is usually ~ but it varies depending on the language setting. To enable console add the following line on your swkotor2.ini file under the [Game Options] section "EnableCheats=1" without quotes.

By the way, feel free to post screenshots of your Carth running/standing around and I will upload some of the most beautiful to the mod's images!

PS: Pssst! Just in case, I know that some people deeply hate Carth, but don't downvote the mod just because of it, it's not the mod's fault!

Everyone that mods kotor 1 or 2 uses Kotor Tool. Check it out here https://deadlystream.com/files/file/280-kotor-tool/ And also check out the forum of that site, there are guides and you can easily learn there. Good luck! :steamhappy:

You might be right. I tried unsubscribing from everything I was subscribed to between uninstalling and reinstalling the game, then just subscribing to this mod once the game was installed and it still crashed and showed the AR-ERROR file.

hey there, I just tried it and the mod is working perfectly fine, as usual I mean. It is very likely that another mod that you're subscribed to is causing a conflict, probably one that also uses the PMHC07 files.

I keep getting an AR_ERROR for some reason, the error reads "Names Differ: P_carthH pmhc07." Any ideas what's causing this? I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game(with and without mod), restarted my computer and Steam, and nothing works. The game crashes right after the intro cutscene, right as it tries to load the prologue sequence.
