Contract Wars SCAR-H without Sound effects

REPLACES Desert Rifle / Burst Rifle / SCAR

REQUIRED ITEM IS OPTIONAL

Removed the Sound effects from one of my favorite Scar / Desert Rifle Addon Contract Wars SCAR-H by depriv3D to use other custom Scar sound effect addons.

This addon only includes original Contract Wars SCAR-H model with no sound effects.

NOTE: The reload animation is slightly gliched.
