USS Casper

Description
This is a modern torpedo/patrol vessel normally used for off shore defence or delivering freedom packages to pirates if you know what i mean im quite happy with its desighn a tiny bit of inspiration came from the FB 10 SSI vessel from RIPTheWaspNo as i liked his creation and wanted to build my own patrol vessel hope you like;) ps its fast too DO NOT REUPLOAD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

yep just becuse of that other patrol boat i like and you did suggest a torpedo boat for a new vehicle so i did it
