Lordless Retreat Bug Fix

This mod fixes the endless retreating which can occur when you kill the lord of an army. Any army in WH is meant to get destroyed if it loses two battle in a row. When an army loses their lord, there is a bug which causes this not to happen. As a result, you could defeat the army any number of times and they would keep retreating without being wiped out.
