CONCEPT

For realism sake when we use a snow mod, the ai vehicles should reduce the speed while driving on a icy/snowy road. It kills the realism to see the ai vehicles driving 100+ kmh on an icy/snowy road.

FEATURES OF THIS MOD
-------------------------------------------------------
This mod changes the traffic speed limit of the motorways and expressways as below:

Car & Bus = 80 kmh
Truck = 70 kmh

Remarks
1. All vanilla countries are applied.
2. Promod's specific countries are not applied.
3. This mod does NOT make the road slippery.
4. This mod does NOT provide snow. You need to find a snow mod by yourself. Grime's snow mod ("Frosty") is the best and highly recommended.

COMPATIBILITY

+ Compatible with SCS patch 1.39
+ Compatible with any other traffic mod, but this mod must be higher.
+ Compatible with any map mod but the countries specific to the map mod will not be applied. And this mod must be higher than the map mod.
+ Compatible with any snow mod but this mod should be higher.
