House Pack 3 includes freshly renovated versions of these houses! You can check them out here!


This is the Oldest housePack. This is here mostly for Nostalgic Feelings, therefore are in it's final form. There is no "Support" from this pack as They come as is and that's that.

They're still good for new people too, but Just keep in mind, the texturing is different from the Later Version so they may Stick out if used with them.

DESCRIPTION

Brought back by Request. These are some of my older models, Havent had much time to craft new ones lately, so here are these.

For the Noobs: To spawn a House, Look under the Addon's category and then "Steventechno's House Pack" and voila. Note: Houses them selves appear as invisible icons, so hover the cursor over to read which one it is. They will appear as spaces between the house parts, this is normal since there's nothing I can really do to fix it.

The real intentions of this is was for Personal LAN parties, though now they are here for the world to enjoy. Let's see what you guys can do with 'em!

Old Description:

My houses that i spammed Toybox awhile back. These are large, Spacious houses and even have thier accessories, such as the garage door and sliding door. Time for some Info spam!

ST Houses No. 1

A rather spacious bachelor pad for your needs, it includes a driveway, a living room, a bedroom, kitchen, and a bathroom. It's made ENTIRELY of HL2 textures so anyone can just jump right to it. However, there is a small issue in the living room ceiling where half of it works right and half is level to the main part of the ceiling but other than that it's fully functional.

ST Houses No. 2

Another single story house, though THIS time it includes a better garage, which has a separate door available for download, Three bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom, and a decent size living room. Anyways enjoy, and remember you ONLY need HL2.

ST Houses No.3

The THIRD house i'm uploading, this one features a sliding door in the back which will be avialable seperately, and a garage door just like No. 2. Anyways this house features a tall living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, blah blah blah just explore the thing!

ST Houses No.4

The Fourth house i'm uploading. Anyways, a nice tall 2 bedroom house, with a spacious living room, spacious bedrooms, and spacious bathroom, also includes garage doors and sliding door as a separate download. Anyways i've stopped making houses to focus on making furniture now, although i'll be back with more later on, for now check out what i've got up so far. and best of all have fun!

A really large house, TALL living room, 3 bedrooms, and all that other jazz. Explore this one, you may like this one.

From the fourth house description, I've made a furniture pack, and it's going to be (or already is) on Workshop.
