RO2 German (English) Voice Replacement (BETA)

DISCLIAMER: This mod is a work in progress, it's perfectly playable but some firesupport and response lines aren't replaced yet. Expect some audio bugs as well.

After a ton of work and numerous restarts, I bring you English speaking Germans!
Really it's just RO2 voice pack, but the goal is to be able to turn off subtitles and work without them.
Even though it's not a 1 to 1 translation, most of the lines I took from Red Orchestra 2 match up nicely to the ones in Day of Infamy.

The voice pack currently includes the following...
- Almost full replacements for both German voices, minus some responses and firesupport commands.
- The fresh recruit (German 1) replaces Erich, while the grizzled veteran (German 3) replaces Otto
- Germans now speak english! Well... mostly english.
- Audio has been balanced to make each line loud enough or quiet enough depending on the situation. (I'll be fine tuning this as best I can.)
- Due to RO2 being set in the eastern front, all enemy forces are refered to as russians. Nothing I can do about that.

Coming soon...

-Radio filters for the firesupport lines.
-Custom VO for station (or in this case, batallion.)
-New thumbnail for the mod
-Quality of life updates such as line replacements and volume tweaking
