Scotland 2018-19 Full Pyramid Update

Description
The new season is fast approaching – why wait for FM19 when you can get started right away? This update has all sides in the Scottish football pyramid in the correct place (from Premiership to the new East of Scotland Leagues) and starts in 2018!

Unlocks all of the Scottish real-life pyramid system. Update list as follows:

- Game starts in summer 2018, so transfers accurate from January window
- Teams in the right leagues, with updated managers in the SPFL
- Euro Qualifiers correct for the new campaign
- Irn-Bru Cup updated to reflect new format inc. English sides
- Scottish Cup format updated to reflect real life

Things to bear in mind...I've only added the main non-league cups as this is a small update before the new game rolls out, and fixture dates are not exact. All the latest info and file development can be found on the official SI forums. Please give me any feedback and/or suggestions on twitter @MozzaPlays. There is also a logopack and kitpack available!

***NOTE: It is recommended that you select "Add players to playable teams" from the Advanced Options box when selecting your leagues. Also, there is an issue with ICT not entering the Betfred Cup in the first season (hard coded in game), this resolves itself from season 2.***

I've just started my second season and unfortunately there seems to be an issue with the Europa league. There weren't enough teams in qualifying so the group stages haven't loaded

I recently downloaded a 18-19 Scottish pyramid db with all the EoSFL changes included. It has been brilliant and I have thoroughly enjoyed playing as Preston Athletic in the conference C. However having finished 2nd in that conference and thus being put into the EoS premier for the next season, when June 25 comes around and all the leagues in Scotland gets their fixtures the EoS premier doesn't and just says "This league has not been scheduled yet". There is also no ladder or anything, does anyone know what this means or how to fix it? Furthermore I decided to simulate a year in advance to see if anything else happened and the EoS 1st division's north and south were the only league that got fixtures in 2020/21. The premiership through to the EoS-SoS never had the league update that usually comes at June 25. I am not sure if it is just my game has anyone else experinced this?
