2 Lane Road with Tram and Bicycle Lanes

Description
Small Road, 2 Lanes with Tram and Bicycle Lanes.

The bike lane replaces the space that was previously used for car parking.

Supports all elevations (though, like the regular cycle road, there are no dedicated lanes in tunnels).
Made with custom icons, tiles, tooltip etc. so it fits in nicely with vanilla roads.

Please note that due to a bug with the Parklife DLC release, sightseeing bus stops cannot be placed on this road. If you do own the Parklife DLC, please subscribe to this asset instead.

@Wuffybrother - Hi, can you take the 4 lane small road from NeXt2 and add to it tram in the outer lanes?
