Hydro Truck (No Mod)

Description

This is a fixed Version of Nukeguard´s Hydro Truck.

The Atachemend is now with 2 Axis. I added also 2 LCD in the Truck for usefull Informations.
Soon i will releas different Container for the same Truck.

when I built the truck, the two rotor attachment would explode when I attached it, so went to one for publish, guess it works now.
