This mod add 4 mid/high tier units to the highelves:

1. Sword maidens, shield and sword as an alternative to whitelions
2. Spear maidens, its in the name... another alternative to whitelions
3. Sisters of Avalorn varient. They where made before the DLC came out.
4. Shadow warriors duel wielding varient. Again before the DLC came out. better at close quarters
5. Handmaiden's of the Everqueen. Adds a single unit of Handmaiden's to your game.

@s_erno its been a while since i played or checked that and yes not everyone has access to the handmaidens as its via the specific handmaiden building (if you confederate you can get them sometimes; Tyrion, Teclis, Allariel). For red skills most of this was made before the crone release so if they have a bow its archers and sea guards. if melee it is via spearman and whitelions. Handmaidens are sisters if i remember.

Can't seem to find the Handmaiden unit, or is it only for Allariel's faction? Also could you please help with which red line skills they are affected by?

Eataine Exalted unit
-The new units can't be upgraded to Exalted

It says 2018 was the last time it was updated.

BTW, the correctly spelled name should be Sisters of Avelorn (Kurnous Adept). You misspelled it as Adapt.
