SCP-008 is a complex prion of extraterrestrial origin that slowly turns humans into mindless cannibalistic outcasts.

"The Zombie Plague" is not based off of the Necroa Virus (Which turns humans into actual zombies.).

SCP-016 is a type of malignant fungus that rewrites its host's DNA to ensure its own survival. Will The Foundation recontain this disease?

The "Sentient Micro-Organism" is based off of the fungus disease type, meaning it cannot infect a lot of humans without the help of spore eruptions.
