Description
This is a very simple mod that changes the leader pool size to 10. This was designed to be used in multiplayer with Stellaris 2.1.

I actually haven't tested that! We just all subscribed to it because it's under 0.001 MB, but if you test it let me know! I would imagine it would work with only host but I'm not 100% sure.
