Cooler

Description
A cooler designed for indoor use that can lower room temperature without requiring external connections. A single cooler's efficiency is comparable to the vanilla Heater, but with the opposite effect. If you install enough coolers, you may even reduce the room's temperature to absolute zero.

Now we just need an upgraded model that switches between heater and cooler depending on the room temperature. (I know there are some with a split colour that do this, but it looks kinda dumb, and I'd rather have it switch instead)

Also, I am assuming this unlocks at the same time as heater in the tech tree (electricity)
