The Nuclear Power Plant - Powering cities, with a small possibility of nuclear disaster. Luckily, that part one is not present in Voxel Turf!

The company N-RGY, Inc. (portmanteau of "Nuclear" and "Energy") has decided to expand into Voxel Turf by building a Nuclear Power Plant. This single lot is focused on industry. As such it contains 750 workers, costs $4,500,000 to build, and comes equipped with spawning cars, a spawning helicopter, and a subterranean system of tunnels! Inside you will find a lobby befitting for any electric company, a Main-Reactor room, a storage and shipping room for electric products alongside chimneys for electricity production, and of course the infamous Hyperboloid cooling towers! In addition, there is a main control room featuring the main switch to completely shut off the electricity, both inside and out; a locker room, a lounge for employees on their breaks, corporate offices to hassle customers about paying their electric bills, and a massive boardroom. Inside the boardroom, if the president decides to turn on his/her microphone, you'll know you won't be able to talk in that meeting!

The side building contains the guard house for security as well as the official breakroom-kitchen, and overnight living area.

The exterior features transistors and other manners of electrical wiring!

So now you can power your city for many years to come! Enjoy!

UPDATE: July 13, 2018 - changed to make "Player Unique"; meaning only one (1) may be built per player - This is done to also prevent spamming of the building in multiplayer maps since it is a 6x6 size. As such, the mod is now more - multiplayer friendly!

UPDATE: July 7, 2019 - Added Watt-er Treatment Plant & Watt-er Tower

A massive Water Treatment Plant run by the Watt corporation is now in business. Add this utility to your city and watch it grow! The Lot is 5x9 in size and functions similarly to the Nuclear Power Plant. It costs the same, has the same number of workers, and similar spawns for vehicles and a helicopter. In addition, it too has a subterranean system of tunnels. It has many of the same features as a Water Treatment Plant would have!

Also comes with a Watt-er Tower. A small building that has 5 workers and produces a little income.
