Description
This mod turns Selene the Celestial Storm into a jolly joybringer dragon!

This would be my first ever dragon mod for the game, fashioned after the clothing worn by jesters.

Shoutout to Delicious, WyvernWarrior and Ylva for their support!

@Rumbutter11: Thanks for the detailed feedback! You're right, maybe the eyes could've used a different color but since I didn't intend to edit the VFX and Selene's eyes are glowing yellow, I found it better to just use the same color the bells have. I'll keep your suggestion in mind for future projects, though. =)

JESTER A MIN! xD I lke this concept, love the matching shoes on opposite feet. The clothing jester colors spot on. The only thing and this is just me is the eye color with the hat seems to be a lot of yellow maybe blue eyes or something to contrast with the colors. Overall verrrrry good espically for your 1st one. Keep up the good work well done you.
