The horns are a very strange material that seems to be formless? But I love the shirt and jeans. When I streamed this, my friend commented that the jeans make Noctis's butt look fuller. LOL Nice job.

omg this is adorable!

And to help out the creator, I'll answer the previous question: it's both. It'll appear as a new outfit (so this won't just replace an existing model) but it's based on an existing model.
