what are none-assimilating pops for a hive? none-hive? The assimilated pops, will they be the same as the base hive pops? same stats, same look?

Hey! This breaks the ring world start it messes with the districts initially and removes all ring world planetary features most importantly the arcane generator making the ring world start nearly impossible. Is there a way you can please fix this or leave a guide on how to?

Im not 100% on this but i think im being affected by the Contingency's Ghost signal empire debuff that gives -70% production on everything.
