Unique Costume For Transcendence

Description
Adds an unqiue costume for the Transcendence item, including an actual noose.
Also works with the Hanged Man card.

Current bugs:
Using the Pinking Shears grants the new Transcendence costume as well.

hey for me the item sprite has Isaac's legs still moving and he is just kinda squirming around its really sad please fix :(

I like this mod, you did a good job with the costume. I think that the Pinking Shears and the Solar System challenge should still use the head.

Confirmed working with the Repentance DLC (Patch 4.0.4)!

Bug: Previously, the unique costume removed the character's body, only showing their head and the rope extending from offscreen. With the Repentance DLC, the body is not removed, showing the character walking in place (like Tainted Lilith does when her C-Section baby is in use).

This is obviously not intended behavior but can be considered as the character tossing and fighting as they struggle to breathe (as most people do when they fail a suicide by hanging attempt), so this could also be seen as a feature.
