The Workshop and Steam to Lab and Atomics Museum is happy to present the second exhibit for the 'To Boldly Go' section!

The K-7 was a very early ICBM desgin by the USKR. capiable of a range of nearly anywhere on Kerban it became a deadly threat to the USK. Its power was often seen in the many spacecraft launches through the 60s 70s and 80s and while it ment new scientific descovery awaited it also ment a step back each time as they developed and streamlined the rocket.

Performence: She can be a little squirrily getting up into space but she seemed to have enough DeltaV to get the Kostok space craft into about a 100km orbit with her second stage still left. Recommended to only use payloads similar or smaller to the Kostok craft. Also due to part limitations you will have to make the fairing blow out a bit if you want to fit Kostok 1 on to it. I recommend a more smooth, slower incress of diameter which you will see in the screen shots.

Hi agian. back with another craft, this time the K-7 or as we would know her, the R-7 Rocket. I think it fits really well with the other space craft and I will follow it up with a larger version for probably the Soyuz (Koyuz) craft I will eventually build. but since the USKR has gotten 2 spacecraft all ready, I might try a Redstone rocket or maybe atlas, we'll see
