Description

Essentially a base on wheels. Equipped with nearly every scientific instrument, eight-wheel drive, a downward facing poodle thruster for VTOL in low gravity, and long-distance relays for communication and remote control, this *should* be the only ROVer that you'll ever need.

Note:
You may need to (and I suggest that you do) adjust the wheel spring / damper / drive limiter strength to match your requirements, as the vehicle is currently set up for low-gravity operation on plantes such as Ike, Minmus, Bop, etc.

Probably one of the best rovers that don't use the MkII lander can.

@Soviet Space Program I wold look into removing the VTOL engine, since there's no way it'll work on eve, but otherwise maybe tighten up the suspension a bit. But not too much or the rover will bounce because of weird physics.
