About as stable as is possible in Terratech. This is just a trainer, but when you are ready for a serious helicopter check out this either the Dragonfly, or my Boeing Vertol 107 Twin-Rotor Heavy Gunship here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1466754493 and https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1460635716 or, the Venture "Aurora" Battletank. A tank that flies
- and flies well! Here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1448193767

Glad you said something. I might never have known. I kinda forgot about this one. I sure wish they would make the adjustment of the "lift" control faster. I miss being able to duck up and down behind cover quickly.

It's funny, the changes to how hover plates work have let techs with this kind of configuration move really fast forwards and back via the "acceleration" axis.

Most of your helicopters/VTOLS seem to fly OK too, with my modified controls scheme bindings, anyway.

(Hey. Sorry for the random comment, I'm just clearing out my old workshop subscriptions to stop the game lagging out for too long when I click on that tech loading tab.)

Yeah this thing is every bit as slow as it is pointless (100%) It has tracks on it for Pete's sake, LOL . I made this one as a "proof of concept" project to illustrate a point to someone who was trying to figure out how to make a helicopter. And I was attempting to explain the different ways of simuating what a real heli would use blade pitch to achieve and that sort of thing. Trying to adequitely explain a balancd leverage approach vs lateral torque offset to steer and direct rotor thrust is almost impossible without being able to just show them what you mean. But afterwards i thought that it would be perfect for someone who has never built, or even flown one in TT to putter around with. As for adding it to your collection- I would consider it an honor.

Hah, this actually fly very nice and balanced.:bigups: Slow and kinda pointless as it is, of course, but a nice demonstrator and amusing with that black box boarder.

I'll stick it in my VTOLs that fly great collection: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1249182254
