Operation Sandstorm

Agent, we've just received word that some mercenary's out in the Middle east are running an illegal oil operation. They attacked a local town and are forcing the villagers to work for them. They tried to fight back but ended up falling into their hands. The citizens can't do anything to revolt but there are leftover rebels scattered about the place. Maybe if you help the local resistance you can fight back. Good luck out there.
