Description
[not yet updated for alpha 10 - may try to revive this one and make it CPU compatible]

Asteriod Miner CV
With warp drive, gravity, and adv. constructor.

NOT setup for Mass/Volume games (no cargo extensions)

Design based off my HV miner Wild Bore.

Built of hardened steel - not really meant for direct combat.

Armed with 1 Minigun turret (swap to other turret if you prefer) for defense.
Radar dish can be replaced with a turret as well - A multi-Turret here may be useful, if you have need of one. (radar was added incase they make it useful for detecting asteroids in the future)

There is some radiation and heat in the rear interior area due to the warp tank, grav gen., generator, etc., but you shouldn't really need to spend any time back there - just for refuling warp drive or fuel tanks.

Interior Includes:

Advanced Constructor
Oxygen Station +1 Large o2 tank
Medical Station
Fridge
Armor Locker (if you need a food processor this could be replaced with one)
Cargobox
Harvest Box
Ammo Box (small)
Gravity Generator
Warp Drive +tank
Ventilator
Pilot Seat (only seats one, but there is space for a passenger seat directly behind pilot seat if needed)

No physical levers/sensors or LCD's, although control panel switches are setup for controlling the various things.

Level 25
Materials:
Sathium - 1384
Neodymium - 1235
Iron - 920
Cobalt - 630
Zascosium - 444
Erestrum - 444
Silicon - 386
Copper - 246

Fairly good manuverability (64ms forward, 32m/s all other driections) and decent runtime in space - planetary hover time isn't great (as with most CV's). For cruising in space turn off autobreak ( i key by default) to save a lot of fuel.
Powered by 1 T1 Large generator and three T2 Fuel tanks. Approx 6.5 hrs runtime with constructor processing and gravity on, 11.5 hours with everything off.

Generally it's probably easier to mine in first person view with this, if using 3rd person adjust view height with pg up / pg down till you get it where you like.

The mining speed of this is exceptionally (probably 6 times better - it feels like each fixed drill is about the same mining speed as the turret drill) better than my older CV miners RoidHunter and RoidRage - this basically makes both of those obsolete, so I may not be updating those anymore.

Trig, I use a handful of your designs -mostly the utility-vessels- and I love them, really. They're so well designed -form follows function- and the outcome is true beauty, from any perspective. Keep going! Cheers

True utility vessel, meets all your basic needs in the field. Looks and feels the part inside and out. Well made!
