Reworked as a scooter within a hat flair instead of an asset replace!


Also the scooter mesh will sync online, and the hat itself is available instantly!

Its a flair, you equip it over the sprint hat and then use your scooter like normally and you get a dumpster instead.

Updated this old mod and reworked it into a hat flair! now when you wear the banana and the scooter badge it'll be the dumpster instead!
Also syncs in online party if both players have the mod!!!
