Description

The southernmost major city of the Philippines, and the capital of South Cotabato: General Santos City

Major improvements focused on public transport such as the PNR Mindanao Commuter Line and the GenSan Monorail and on the city's beautification such as The Baywalk.

This save requires many DLCs and assets/mods (which are all listed), and can be subscribed with just one click by following these steps: Content Manager > Savegames > Subscribe to All > Enable All.
