Description

The provincial capital of Nueva Ecija, and the "Gateway to the North": Cabanatuan City

It is also planned to be the new North Regional Growth Center of the Metro Manila Dream Plan along with New Clark City.

PNR services from Manila all the way to Cagayan has been restored as well, including the completion of CLLEx and NLEEx (but they have different custom alignments and interchanges).

Major improvements focused on the city's infrastructure such as CLLEx and NLEEx, and public transport such as Cabanatuan MRT and PNR Northrail, and also more high-rise development on the downtown area such as the supertall Cabanatuan Sky Tower.

This save requires many DLCs and assets/mods (which are all listed), and can be subscribed with just one click by following these steps: Content Manager > Savegames > Subscribe to All > Enable All.
