Description

Known for being the regional center of the ARMM region, but due to being an independent component city from the province of Maguindanao it became the second major city in the SOCCSKSARGEN region after General Santos City, and also the capital of Maguindanao: Cotabato City

Despite being called Cotabato City, the entire city is not located in the province of Cotabato (both North or South).

Major improvements focused on public transport such as the Cotabato Streetcar system and on the city's infrastructure such as the PNR Mindanao Commuter Line and the Mindanao Expressway (MINEx).

This save requires many DLCs and assets/mods (which are all listed), and can be subscribed with just one click by following these steps: Content Manager > Savegames > Subscribe to All > Enable All.
