Description

The regional center of the Visayas region and also the second major metropolis in the country: Metro Cebu

Cebu City is also being known as the first and oldest city in the Philippines. However, there are records that Manila has been existed since 900 AD, which makes Manila 600 years older than Cebu.

The new major thoroughfare of the metropolis is now Kate Eliana Valdez Avenue, an 4-lane divided avenue starting in South Road Properties and ending at the Mandaue-Consolacion border. It is named after Kate Eliana Valdez, an Filipina actress.

Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway not included because of the bridge's height causing visual pollution on the city's beautiful skyline.

Major improvements focused on public transport and infrastructure such as the Cebu LRT system, Metro Cebu Subway system, upgrading the old Mandaue-Mactan Bridge, restoration of PNR Cebu Commuter Line, Port of Cebu expansion, along with redevelopment of several districts such as Downtown Cebu, Downtown Mandaue, Cebu Central Park, Cebu Esplanade, and Mandaue Baywalk.

Like with most cities already featured in the Improved Philippine Cities series, all existing major thoroughfares are renamed from their current names (such as Cebu South Coastal Road into Kate Eliana Valdez Avenue) for easy navigation reasons, excluded ones are expressways and national highways only such as Maharlika Highway.

This save requires many DLCs and assets/mods (which are all listed), and can be subscribed with just one click by following these steps: Content Manager > Savegames > Subscribe to All > Enable All.
