Description

Another regional center of the Bicol Region, that is also an independent component city of Camarines Sur: Naga City

The 'Queen City of Bicol' is very known for the Peñafrancia Festival (which starts every second Friday of September and lasts for 10 days), and as the 'Most Competitive Component City in the Philippines', it is also the main core of Metropolitan Naga, which used to be an metropolitan area until 2017.

Major improvements focused on infrastructure and public transport such as the Naga MRT system, SLEX Extension, new major thoroughfares, restoration of PNR services, expansion of Naga Airport, along with the beautification and redevelopment of several districts such as Downtown Naga and Naga Central Business District (Naga CBD).
