[EO] Light Defense Boat

The defense boat is the thin red line between millions of civillians and President Mom nuking another planet. The system defence boat is cheap, stings like a bee, and can tank several waves of stock flak missles and nukes. The boat has both railguns and conventional cannons for a wide range of options when in direct combat, and Heavy Drones and Light KKR for when you really don't want to risk 50 crew members lives, but (still are ordered to do something by command) need a longer range responce.
