[EO] Heavy Envoy

Niether a straight warship nor a civillian ship, the envoy is designed to carry (spies) members of your diplomatic corps. It comes well armed to pervent raids from pirates (you will never figure out what faction those pirates were citizens of). Due to its role in gunboat diplomacy, the Envoy has a signifigant (self indulgant) paintjob. The envoy is no slouch in a fight though, particulartly at longer range and VS. missles and drones, due to its 4 100MW railguns and 16 assorted caliber rail autocannons, and 300 extended range flak missles. The Envoy also has over 50 KPS of Bimodal deltaV for long, fast trips. (spies and diplomats sold seperatly)
