Description
Sure, it's just some props on a lot, but with the power of technology and some help of Pegasus Lifestyle Management, placing this thing next to the hospital (or clinic if you really want to be crazy) will suddenly allow medical helicopters to spawn!

This is made so that players who do not have the Natural Disasters DLC can still use the hospital without a fuss, and that I didn't have to create two versions of what would be the same kind of building.
