[Update 10.x] Added a Shield

[Update 9.4]:

• Added heavy lift capability up to 60kt tested on 1.22g planet
  
• Increased Advanced Constructors to 18, for even more excessive building
  
• Remodeled, retextured, or redesigned some sections of the ship

This is a mid- to late-level CV originally created for Alpha 8. It started out as a cargo ship concept but morphed into a full fledged factory with 14 18 advanced constructors and an absurd amount of storage.

Internal hangars can handle most small HV and SVs, but larger vessels will have to park on top. Built out of combat steel with a few hard points for offensive turrets of your choice.

Switches and triggers included for the factory and mining gear to conserve massive amounts of fuel.
