[IU] Alternate Feudal Age Units for Byzantines

Description
This is for those who like the "Independent Unit Compilation" mod, but disagree with Yuen's decision to use classical Roman units for the Feudal and Dark ages.

Though it's technically a Castle age unit, I decided to replace the elite skirmisher since broken wooden shield doesn't exactly scream "elite" to me. The archer still fits in quite well so it remains unchanged (it helps that the base game's archer is one of the ugliest units in AoE2). The scout and militia are going to stay the same as their vanilla versions since you usually don't spend that much time in the Dark age and, well... most militaries don't have official uniforms for militia or scouts. As far as I know, anyways.

Replaced the man-at-arms, spearman, and elite skirmisher.

GREETINGS, DO YOU THINK THAT THESE UNITS COULD SOMEWAY BE PORTED TO DEFINITIVE EDITION WITH UHD GRAPHICS?

I really like the spearman, but I think previous is right that the iu byzantine skirmisher was actually preferable for accuracy and could cover slavs etc too. The detail is great but the figures are too small I can't make the best looking ones work with other units from different sources...

Could you please upload one with just Skirmisher Line only? There's another UI Mod with Byzantine units, "Byzantines to Classical Romans", which interferes with this one, because it also has the militia and spearman lines.

Updated the mod. The changed units aren't ideal, but hey... it's better than using vanilla units.

The ideas is good. But you could keep the first skirmisher, it could be an early byzantine fit. Not a problem.
