Sorry for the late reply.

You must find a RPG hidden near the bridge shown on the pic and blown a crack on the wall next to the "metal bridge" and find a button to open the door for the elevator.

I don't understand what am I supposed to do in the red room with the EXIT sign on top in "William Gee domain". There are glass doors and an elevator behind them, but the doors won't open and there are no buttons or anything. Spent 10 minutes there and still clueless. Not well designed at all.
