Interwoven Junction

Description
An Interchange I made up, not based on any real interchange.
- Only 27 x 27 cells big, close to being as small as 4 way interchanges can get
- All turns are 45 degrees
- Follows the principal of "all off before all on", so no traffic weaving
- Left turns are made by exiting to the left, right turns are made by exiting to the right, which encourages the traffic AI to use more than 1 lane

UPDATE: Turns out there's already an intersection called a "basketweave intersection", which is completely different from this one. I guess I should probably come up with a different name.
