'For Your Protection' Public Dock

Description
As all the new sanctuaries and towns coming out, thought I'd make my own inspired version. Just some fun building. Could get some laughs out of it.

Surveyed by peacekeeper turrets, the docks, shopping and public activities areas are open to the public, whilst keeping a moderately safe solo/duo base for the caretaker(s) above.
