Duke comes just on the way back from his weekend in Las Vegas, when his car broke down. And that isn't good, because the lands between Las Vegas and Los Angeles are very deserted.

The only possibility is to follow the road ahead and hope there's some kind of building where Duke can calls for help. Not so far away, there's a small book shop and he enters this building. Before he even can see anything, something hit him from behind and everything became black.

When Duke wakes up, he finds himself behind the checkout of the book shop. "Wait a minute, something isn't right. There's no one there. The place is completely abandonned" - he says. He stands up slowly, grabs his pistol. "Now let's find out what the hell happened" - he says... and suddenly, a sound... a sound he knows very well....the grunt of a Pigcop.
