For Every Social Policy adopted +1 Happiness and reduce the cost of the next Social Polices by 1%. For every completed Social Policy Tree, +3% Food, Production and Gold in every City with the population greater than 10.

UU: G.I.
The unique replacement for the Infantry when LBJ leads America. Cheaper than the Infantry. Start with the Amphibious Promotion. Gain Culture when outside of Friendly Territory.

UB: Shopping Mall
The unique replacement for the Hospital when LBJ leads America. +5 Food and +2 Gold. +1 Gold and Happiness for every 2 Citizens in this city.

Feedback- the shopping mall should not replace the hospital, it should replace the supermarket. It feels very wrong seeing malls being built by my cities in 1812 lol.

UA should be '65 Immigration Act: opening your borders to a foreign country gives you 5% gold output in all cities, but also causes a 10% increase in overall unhappiness, and there's a 0.5% chance that the city nearest to the country with which you have open borders will join the other civilization on any given turn

I found a fix, guys. The problem (at least with me) was that Steam was downloading the civ5.mod file by itself without the folder containing the extra files. What you need to do is extract that file into the name of the folder of your mod, in this case of the folder is "United States of America: LBJ" and then it should work. This is a really neat mod. Nice work!
