Cinematic Depth of Field

Description
Provides a subtle cinematic touch by adding a slight blur to objects in front of the camera, mimicking depth of field of a real-world camera. Also adds a slight depth of field effect to the distant horizon. Can be used in multiplayer as well and does not disable leaderboards.

If you use the in-car view you probably won't like this mod since it makes the steering wheel and the dashboard blurry.

Jellysnek how does this lower performance by 15 FPS its pretty much just a filter it shouldn't even have an effect on performance.

Warning, this mod increases system requirements, and degrades performance. I've tested it on GTX1050Ti 4GB, Ryzen 5 1600, 16GB RAM, High details (medium grass), 1080p, it significantly impacted my performance (-15 FPS)

First sub it and after Steam has downloaded it, launch the game, go the Misc tab (in the main menu) and this mod should appear in the mod list. Then simply click the checkbox to activate, easy peasy :)
